My name is Michael C. Thompson, and I'm the writer and founder of Mindful Insights.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, LPC), I've had the privilege of working for years with individuals, couples, and families. In that work, I have consistently witnessed the profound transformations that occur when people begin to understand their own inner worlds—their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
